The Postino Bottle Club pass is a digital wallet membership card that you can scan to check in when you want to redeem your wine bottles and other perks. You can download a pass for free and store it in your Apple or Google phone wallet app. Your member QR code is unique to your Bottle Club subscription. Log into your member dashboard online to download your pass.

When is my next billing date?

Your monthly subscription begins on the day you confirm your account and receive your updated member perks wallet. You will be charged for subsequent monthly invoices on your unique start date instead of a standard date (example: first of the month).

Your Postino location can be updated in the Postino Wine Cult mobile apps, by going to your Member Dashboard, or by emailing hello@postinowinecult.com.

Do I still get access to seasonal bottle releases?

Yes, any seasonal wine varieties added to our Main Lineup or regional-specific collections are eligible for Postino Bottle Club members to select. These bottles can be redeemed online via the Postino site or in restaurant at your selected Postino location. At this time, Select Pour and Bottle Collection bottles aren’t included in the subscription for uncorked bottle perks.

How soon can I use my perks after signing up?

As soon as your membership is confirmed, you’ll have access to your member dashboard and be able to see your perks there. Redeem your first wine bottles as soon as you’re ready, there’s no waiting for a seasonal release!

Are there cancellation fees?

Accepted Answer

No, there are no cancellation fees and you can cancel at any time. Following cancellation, you will maintain your Wine Cult Member Perks until the beginning of the next quarter (for quarterly memberships) or next year (for annual memberships).

What is the Postino Wine Cult?

Postino Wine Cult is a quarterly wine club created by Postino WineCafe that provides its members with four trusted, delicious wines each season in addition to select Member Perks only available to Wine Cult members that can be redeemed at any Postino WineCafe location.

How do I get my seasonal release?

You will need to pick up your seasonal release from Your Postino. When picking up, members will need to provide their first and last name, phone number, email address, and/or member number to a Postino team member and redeem their seasonal release.

I signed up after the billing date, do I still have the ability to get the seasonal release?

Members who sign up after the quarterly billing date (January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1) will automatically receive their seasonal release once they are a part of the Wine Cult program.

Can I place a pickup order for my seasonal release?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can place a pickup order for your seasonal release. You’ll go to “Order Now”, select “Wine Cult”, and then select “Wine Cult Release.”  At the Cart screen, make sure that you apply your Wine Cult Release reward to your order so that you do not pay for another release.

How will I check in for my bottles and perks at the restaurant?

Check in by scanning your unique member QR code from the member dashboard online or on the front of your Postino Bottle Club digital membership card in your phone wallet app. If you’re unable to access your QR code, you can also share the phone number on your account with your hostess or server to look up and redeem perks.

I have a quarterly membership; how much does it cost and when will I be charged?

A quarterly membership costs $60/quarter plus tax. You will receive one seasonal release per quarter and be billed automatically the first of the quarter. Tax will be based on the geographic location of Your Postino. You will be charged on the 1st day of each quarter that you are a member. Specifically, credit cards will be charged on the 1st of January, April, July, and October.

I want to sign up as a Bottle Club member in Colorado but I don’t see a three-bottle membership option, why?

Before your next billing date, log into your member dashboard and adjust your current Bottle Club subscription. Go to “Bottle Club Settings” while logged into the member dashboard and select “Edit.” You can update which subscription type you’d like moving forward and your subscription will change at your next billing cycle. Your previous wine bottle perks will roll into your new subscription, but will carry the current expiration dates from your previous subscription. With a new subscription, the rolled over perks will not restart with new expiration dates.

I want to sign up as a Bottle Club member in North Carolina but I see that there are different wines for me to select outside of the Main Lineup. Why?

Due to state alcohol regulations, we’ve designed a special (i.e. compliant) wine list for members that includes member-only bottles and glasses of wine. Redeem your uncorked bottle perks from this menu or enjoy any seasonal sips perks throughout the year. We‘ll be refreshing these wines quarterly.

How do I uncork while I dine at Postino?

You can uncork a Main Lineup wine bottle to drink in a single visit and bring home any remaining bottles you have in your member wallet.  Here’s how:  1. Download your Postino Bottle Club digital wallet card with QR code. This is your scannable ID to show a server. If you don't download the digital wallet, the QR code also lives at the top of your member dashboard—just log into your account at postinowinecafe.com 2. Once you're scanned in, your server will be able to apply active perks to your check, including a bottle you'd like to uncork in restaurant (one per visit) or if you want to take any bottles home with you (multiple allowed). 3. Don't have a member ID QR code to scan? Servers can also look you up by the phone number on your account.

Log into your member dashboard online to update or cancel your Wine Cult subscription. Head to the "Membership Status" section and click "Cancel Membership" to get the process started. Each Member Perk has a specific expiration date that is communicated via email and in the Wine Cult app. Make sure to redeem these perks before their expiration! If you cancel your membership, your perks expire at the end of the last quarter for which you have made payment. For example: for quarterly members, if you sign up on Oct 27, your perks will expire Dec 31; for annual members, if you sign up on Oct 27, your perks will expire Dec 31 of the following year.

You can visit your Postino to pick up your order—remember to bring your new tote! Side note, just in case: We don’t ship bottles at this time.
